1. Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing from Mystical Boundary (“we,” “us,” “our”) at www.mysticalboundary.com, you agree to this policy. We sell imitation jewelry (e.g., Kundan necklace sets) globally. All sales are final unless you receive a damaged product, subject to strict conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We only offer refunds under this condition:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective (e.g., broken stones, snapped chains).
  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided for:
    • Change of mind, wrong size/color selection, or mistaken purchases.
    • Minor imperfections inherent in handmade imitation jewelry.
    • Items damaged after delivery.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To qualify for a damaged-item refund:

  • Record an unedited, continuous video while unboxing your order before opening the package.
  • Video must clearly show:
    • The sealed shipping package with visible shipping label (address & order number).
    • Full unboxing process without cuts (show tamper-proof seals if any).
    • Close-up footage of all damaged parts.
  • Submit this video within 48 hours of delivery.
  • No video = No refund. We cannot process claims without this evidence.
  • If approved your exchanged product will be re-delivered within 5 days

4. How to Request a Refund for Damaged Items

Follow these steps:

  1. Email us at returns@mysticalboundary.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Subject line: “Damage Claim: Order #[Number]”
  3. Attach your unboxing video (or share via cloud link if file is large).
  4. Include: Order number, photos of damage, and shipping label.
    Do not discard the product or packaging until we resolve your claim.

5. Refund Process

  • We will review your video within 3–5 business days.
  • If approved:
    • Refund issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping/customs duties).
    • Credited within 7–10 business days.
  • If rejected (e.g., video missing/inconclusive, claim invalid):
    • You will receive an explanation via email.
    • No replacements or store credit will be offered.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Orders placed accidentally or due to user error.
  • Cosmetic wear, minor color variations, or non-functional flaws.
  • Packages lost/stolen after delivery confirmation.
  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., mishandling by customer).

7. International Orders

  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes.
  • We are not liable for delays/damage caused by customs or local carriers.
